Job description:

A Work of Heart Counseling—  a boutique behavioral health private practice based in Bergen County NJ— is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our group practice. Currently, we are looking for therapists willing to provide services both in-person and via telehealth, with sessions primarily held in person. We are an affirming practice serving individuals, couples, and families, from pre-school through adulthood with specializations in anxiety/OCD, trauma, mood disorders, children/adolescents and perinatal mental health.

Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are currently looking for therapists who work with children and adolescents, or parents and younger children IN PERSON.

This is a great position for school-based clinicians who would like to use their skill set during afterschool or weekend hours!

Applicants must be:

• Licensed in the state of NJ (dual-licensure in NY would be a bonus)  (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, LMFT, PsyD, LAPT)
• Licensure and proof of malpractice insurance required.
• Must be willing to work 1 afternoon/early evening and 1 weekend day, in person
• Minimum of 1 year working with children and adolescents or couples/families.
• Willing to have a minimum caseload of 8 clients weekly.
• A team player that is actively looking to learn and grow professionally within a group practice setting rather than a solo practice.
• Caseload will be built over time.

This job is a:

• W-2 position, with full coverage liability insurance
• 8 hours minimum per week commitment
• Beautiful office setting to work from in Oradell, NJ with the option for hybrid or telehealth clients as available
