  • ABOUT MACKENZIE

Hi, I’m Mackenzie! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many changes that come with becoming a parent. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story, feel understood, and explore ways to care for both you and your growing family.

My approach is genuine, collaborative, and compassionate, creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes. While I value all the work I’ve done, my heart has always been with mothers—helping them manage emotional ups and downs, identity shifts, and the stressors that come with this unique stage of life. Whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or finding your balance as a parent of a child, teen or emerging adult, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, empathy, and practical tools for your journey.
